Jade, Administration Officer at CQ Hand + Upper Limb
Background

Jade joined CQ Hand + Upper Limb in 2022 after two and a half years as an Administration Officer with Queensland Health's Specialist Outpatient Department in Rockhampton, where she managed patient records, appointment bookings, and clinical systems support across the public service.

She is fluent across the major medical clinical information systems used in Queensland (HBCIS, The Viewer, Smart Referrals) and brings a strong commitment to information privacy legislation and the multi-step verification processes that keep patient data safe. Earlier roles include administrative and reception positions across heavy equipment, retail, and general practice settings.

At CQ Hand + Upper Limb her work spans patient scheduling, reception, billing support and the day-to-day flow of patients through the clinic — delivered with a focus on confidentiality, compassion, and getting people seen on time.
