Lisa is the Practice Manager at CQ Hand + Upper Limb, leading the practice's day-to-day operations, billing, and front-of-house team.
She brings a chartered accountant background to the role: a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Galway in 1999, and qualification as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland (ACA) in 2003. Her professional experience includes audit management for accountancy firms in Sligo and Galway, as well as financial executive roles in Dublin, before her move to Australia.
At the practice she sets the operational standard — billing accuracy, accreditation and privacy compliance, supplier relationships, and the systems that let the clinical team focus on patient care.
